Your brain is always filtering what it notices. In that sense, bias is just attention with a direction.
Conscious Bias is choosing that direction deliberately: putting the outcome, the plan or the vision at the front of your mind, so you notice what moves you towards it.
It’s the thread through everything I do, from a CFO’s forecast to the practices in Beingness.
