Rebuild the business you’ve outgrown.
Your business was built by an earlier version of you. Over eighteen weeks we rebuild its profit, delivery and leadership, and the way you lead it, with your own numbers on the table. I’m a CFO for ASX-listed and privately owned companies in Australia, still in the seat, and I run every session myself, working through your own numbers with you.

Your business was built by an earlier version of you. Business Architecture rebuilds it in three parts: Profit, Delivery and Leadership. Each part works on two levels: the structure of the business, and the way you lead it.
I wrote Beingness after losing the job I loved, and found out how much of me I’d tied to it. That’s why half this program is about the leader. The numbers tell you what’s happening in a business. The owner’s state usually tells you why.

Eighteen weeks, in three six-week parts. It’s done with you, with your own numbers on the table, not a course you work through alone. Each part rebuilds the structure of the business first, then the way you lead it. I won’t hand you the answer. I’ll show you where to find it.
No. It’s done with you: weekly live sessions, your own numbers, and decisions made together.

Yes. It’s built around profit, so it works for anyone responsible for understanding and improving it: someone in your finance team who’s in charge of lifting profit, an executive who wants to understand how the business really makes its money, or a CEO who has come into the business and needs to understand it quickly.
$5,000 if you pay upfront, or $6,500 on a payment plan spread across the eighteen weeks. That’s the price for the first group. The finer details page has the next dates and payment options.
I do. I’m Renee Minchin, a CFO for ASX-listed and privately owned companies in Australia since 2015, and I’m still in the seat. I’m also a non-executive director of privately owned companies, a registered BAS agent and ASIC agent, and the author of Beingness.
